You will need:
- 400g of berries, you can make up your own mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherries.
- 250g of mascarpone
- 200g of condensed milk
- Cones and sprinkles to serve
What to do:
- If you’re using strawberries, pull all the green hulls out of them.
- Tip all the berries into a bowl and mash them up as much as you can.
- Add the mascarpone and mash this in, it will be a bit lumpy, but don’t worry. Then add the condensed milk and mix everything together.
- Tip the mixture into a container and freeze for at least six hours, overnight is best.
Once the ice cream is ready to serve, scoop the mix into cones and eat.
